All Gateway Farms, LLC. price lists are for wholesale trade. Prices are subject to change without notice. Always check with the office for exact price before making your purchase order or quoting your customer.

Payment
Gateway Farms, LLC., is now accepting credit cards. We take Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. All orders must be paid for upon pick up or delivery unless credit with Gateway Farms, LLC. has been applied for and approved by the owners. All accounts must be paid within the designated credit terms, any past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month with a total APR of 18%. Any returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 returned check charge. Any customer who doesn’t submit their resale certificate when invoice is created will be charged the appropriate sales tax for their county. Sales tax will not be refunded once paid.

*ALL OUT OF STATE ORDERS REQUIRE A CASHIERS CHECK OR CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT FOR BOTH PLANT MATERIAL AND FREIGHT*

Freight
Gateway Farms, LLC. will arrange freight for the customer at an agreed upon price unless other wise instructed by the customer. Freight companies allow a 2 hour maximum time limit for unloading material, after the first 2 hours the customer will be charged $65.00 per extra hour detained on site. All shipping costs including any overtime charged are to be paid directly to the freight company unless delivery is included on the Gateway Farms, LLC. invoice.

Claims
All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Claims should always be noted on the Delivery Data Sheet sent with each load for proper credit. Claims are handled on a case by case basis depending on the species and circumstances. Please call the office for further details.
